The tastefully appointed accommodation comprises :

Ground floor -
comfortable living area with gas fired feature stove; dining area with pine table and chairs; small but well equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine and sink unit; shower room with wc, wash basin and heated towel rail.

First floor -
small study area on landing with shelving & reading chair; 2 bedrooms one with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and 2 side tables with night lights, the second with 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table and 2 side tables with night lights.

Exterior -
paved barbecue patios with table and chairs,
small private garden and off-street parking.
